About me
Real psychology. Real systems. Real results.
Who Am I
Hi, I’m Adam Kolti and I want to be straight with you from the start.
There are thousands of productivity blogs out there. Most of them are written by people who read Atomic Habits, got inspired, and started a blog the next week.
That’s not my story.
I have a Master’s in Social Psychology but what actually shaped how I think about human behavior and performance is the 6+ years I spent working directly with people in some of the most demanding real-life situations you can imagine.
I’ve worked with people rebuilding their entire lives from zero no routine, no structure, no sense of where to even start. I helped them build daily systems, replace destructive habits with functional ones, and develop the kind of self-discipline that doesn’t rely on motivation.
I’ve also worked on the opposite end with senior executives and high-profile managers who had everything externally but were drowning internally. Missed priorities, decision fatigue, goals that looked good on paper but never moved. We worked through structured goal-setting frameworks, time management systems, and performance feedback tools until things actually clicked.
Both worlds taught me the same thing: the gap between people who achieve what they want and people who don’t is almost never talent or intelligence. It’s always systems.
Why This Blog Exists
guidmi.com exists because the productivity space deserves better content.
It deserves advice grounded in how people actually behave, not how we wish they would. Honest tool reviews. Systems that work for normal humans. Frameworks that hold up when life gets messy.
When I write here, I’m not summarizing a YouTube video or repackaging someone else’s framework. I’m drawing from 6+ years of hands-on behavioral work, deep training in psychological frameworks, and hundreds of hours coaching real people through real challenges.
I know why most systems fail. I know which popular advice sounds logical but doesn’t survive contact with a real Monday morning. And I know what actually builds lasting change because I’ve watched it happen, repeatedly.
That’s what I’m building here, a no-fluff resource for people who are serious about getting better at life, work, and everything in between.
If you’re tired of motivation that evaporates by Wednesday, you’re in the right place.
Everything I publish is something I’d stake my professional reputation on. That’s the standard I hold myself to and the one you deserve.
